Requirements

• A completed study or training with a technical or commercial background
• Relevant professional experience in an industrial company, preferably in the precious metals sector
• Knowledge of production processes or controlling/accounting processes in the precious metals area
• Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution skills
• High learning ability and the willingness to get involved in new areas
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Team skills and willingness to cooperate, especially in collaboration with the company management
• Independent work and high integrity, combined with the ability to structured and solution-oriented complex matters
