Requirements
- A completed study or training with a technical or commercial background
- Relevant professional experience in an industrial company, preferably in the precious metals sector
- Knowledge of production processes or controlling/accounting processes in the precious metals area
- Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution skills
- High learning ability and the willingness to get involved in new areas
- Strong communication skills in German and English
- Team skills and willingness to cooperate, especially in collaboration with the company management
- Independent work and high integrity, combined with the ability to structured and solution-oriented complex matters
