Job Description
The Production Manager for Pharmaceutical Ingredients will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the production of metal-containing and non-metal-containing pharmaceutical active ingredients (APIs) under GMP conditions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, pharmacy, process engineering, or a comparable professional qualification
- Several years of leadership experience in pharmaceutical production, preferably in API production
- Deep understanding of GMP regulations and pharmaceutical production processes
- Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives for sustainable organizational development
- Experience in planning, controlling, and implementing projects of various sizes and complexities in both classical and agile project environments
- Strong leadership skills, team skills, and communication skills
- High stamina, a strong sense of security, analytical thinking, and a hands-on mentality
