Weāre seeking a Solutions Consultant to lead customer implementations, accelerate adoption of Heraldās API and AI-driven capabilities, and guide customers as they transform their workflows with our evolving product suite.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a client-facing or strategic role (Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Product Management, or Consulting)
- Experience delivering technical integrations (APIs, data pipelines, workflow tools, or automated systems)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders
- Proven ability to drive product adoption, influence user behavior, and redesign workflows to achieve measurable outcomes
- Comfortable working with enterprise brokers or complex customer environments
