Job Description
This Senior Vice President role involves developing new business, presenting to management and boards, financing transactions, managing contracts, and overseeing the entire lending process. The position requires a strong understanding of financial statements, sector analysis, and credit analysis. The ideal candidate will serve as a senior investment banker on the Sims banking team and solicit clients for services.
Requirements
- Minimum of ten years of experience in finance field.
- Experience structuring high-yield tax-exempt/municipal bond issues.
- Intermediate to advanced level of expertise in Excel.
- General working knowledge of Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Series SIE and 52 (or will obtain shortly after hire) certifications.
- Willingness to work increased hours, including weekends, and up to 25% travel.
