Requirements

• Completed technical training in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or similar.
• Several years of professional experience in customer service, installation & commissioning of machines and plants.
• Safe handling of technical documentation and diagnostic systems.
• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented behavior.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel.
• Negotiation skills in German and English.
