We are seeking a Junior IT Service Manager to manage and control our external IT service desk, develop and maintain our ITSM system, and optimize IT service processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT affinity, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to work on-site at our headquarters in Vlotho.
Requirements
- Studies in business informatics, business administration, or computer science
- High IT affinity and interest in IT service processes
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills in German and English
- Reliability, responsibility, and a secure appearance
