Your Profile: Studies in informatics, business economics, computer science or comparable qualification, high IT affinity, strong communication and conflict skills.
Requirements
- Studies in informatics, business economics, computer science or comparable qualification
- High IT affinity and interest in IT service processes (e.g. ITIL), ITSM systems or user support
- Communication and conflict skills in German and English
- Reliability, sense of responsibility, and sense of teamwork
