Job description
We are seeking a trainee for our Corporate / M&A department for a 6-month period. The trainee will be involved in the team's files and will have diverse and varied missions.
Research, drafting of consultation elements or acts, legal audit, assistance in preparing closing, participation in meetings, etc.
A good level of English, a Master 2 or law student, and a first experience in a law firm in Corporate would be an additional asset.
