The position of Production Worker is responsible for performing repetitive workstation or line assembly operations to mass-produce sheet metal components or to assemble those components into a completed product.
Requirements
- Performs assembly-type functions using hand and/or power tools
- Operates press brake to form flat sheets
- Operates automatic fastening machines and devices
- Operates both stationary and moving overhead cranes
- Operates forklift as required
- Ability to perform assembly type functions using hand and/or power tools
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to write and read routine reports or job orders
- Ability to understand job instructions
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Ability to interpret, understand, and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations
