Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our data & insights team, providing guidance and mentorship in analytics, data modelling, and effectively communicating insights. The successful candidate will be responsible for building positive relationships with business stakeholders, designing and delivering data delivery mechanisms, and maintaining multiple environments.
Requirements
- Detailed understanding of data analytics environments and architecture
- Experience extracting value from large datasets
- Strong T-SQL programming skills
- Python programming and data visualisation tools (Power BI preferred)
- Experience developing in modern data analytics self-serve environments (Power BI preferred)
- An understanding of financial services operating environment and products (desirable)
- Business analysis and change management skills
- Strong skills in SQL server, SSIS, SSRS and SSAS
- Knowledge of enterprise testing and quality management systems
- Knowledge of software testing frameworks and approaches
- Knowledge of Kimbal Dimensional Model
