Job Description
Heritage Companies is seeking an AI Systems Engineer to design, build, and maintain technology that connects hotels, restaurants, and corporate teams, shaping the guest experience and daily operations across the company. The role requires expertise in AI-assisted development workflows, automation, and system integrations.
Requirements
- Proven experience with AI-assisted development workflows and automation
- Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Proficiency with Git, version control, and deployment processes
- Experience with APIs, system integrations, and databases
- Working knowledge of networking and DNS
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
- Ability to navigate vendor systems and solve problems with limited documentation
- Highly autonomous with strong systems thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with Cloudflare or similar infrastructure platforms
- Python or scripting experience
- Experience with enterprise systems (SSO, permissions, provisioning)
- Website development (CMS or static site generators)
- Familiarity with hospitality technology systems
- Experience with multi-site operations, networking, or monitoring tools
