Job Description
Heritage Health is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) compassionate Clinician to join their Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. Requirements
- Current licensure as LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LAMFT.
- Master’s degree in a human services field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology).
- Demonstrated knowledge of administrative procedures related to FQHCs or other federally funded community health settings.
- Proficiency in computer applications for electronic health records.
- Essential Functions: Deliver therapeutic services, conduct assessments, maintain EMR records, and participate in team meetings.
