Job Description
Heritage Health is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join their team in a Federally Qualified Health Center setting. This role offers comprehensive, family-centered care for pediatric patients from birth through adolescence, emphasizing collaboration and community impact. The position combines both medical and social needs, offering a team-based environment with opportunities for professional growth.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (Pediatric NP, Family NP with pediatric experience) or Physician Assistant program.
- Current, unrestricted license to practice in Idaho.
- National board certification as NP (PNP, FNP) or PA (NCCPA).
- 0-1 medical professional liability claims with indemnity settlements in professional history.
- Current, Active Idaho Controlled Substance license.
- Current DEA license (or ability to obtain before start).
- Current BLS (required); PALS preferred.
- Current, Active Idaho Professional License
