Occupational Therapist role at Heritage Home Health and Hospice in Pocatello, Idaho, working with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals to provide individualized care.
Requirements
- Be currently licensed as an OT in the state of Idaho
- A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred but not required
- Demonstrate knowledge and skill in nursing practice
- CPR (BLS) professional certification
- General knowledge of computers and the ability to learn industry-specific software and documentation applications
- Possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
