- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized bar.
- High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of beverage preparation and responsible alcohol service practices.
- Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required.
