The Commercial Construction Project Manager partners with Sales, Operations and the Inventory Center to effectively manage modular building projects within the scope of the contract or agreement. This role provides on-site coordination for the customer and the Mobile Modular division with vendors to ensure the success of the project.
Requirements
- Establish profitability goals and strategies to achieve them and manage internal cost to protect and maximize profitability.
- Attend bid walks, read and understand bid documents and specifications, and prepare bid response.
- Create and maintain a project schedule, monitor the construction process, and ensure the project is constructed on schedule and within budget.
- Manage the design approval process with all parties, be the expert in construction and related codes and processes, and collaborate with various stakeholders.
