Heritage Deer Creek is seeking caring and compassionate caregivers to provide quality care to residents in an assisted living and memory care environment. The ideal candidate will assist with activities of daily living and attend to residents' individual needs.

Requirements

• Read and understand individualized service plans for each resident
• Attend to residents' individual needs, including assistance with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, etc.
• Promptly answer and courteously respond to residents' pages and alarms
• Perform various tasks as assigned, including providing resident care, administering medications, etc.
