Clinical Supervisor | LPN Supervisor

Aspire Senior Living is hiring a Clinical Supervisor | LPN Supervisor to join their corporate support team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional senior care and services throughout Wisconsin, and will be responsible for ensuring adherence to HSL policies and procedures, and implementing infection prevention strategies.

Requirements

• Valid state of Wisconsin RN licensure
• Three years of nursing experience working with seniors
• Experience within an assisted living, memory care or other long-term care environment preferred
• Self-directed and able to function independently
• Managerial experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to connect with residents, families, and associates
• Strong customer service orientation to older adults
• Ability to make responsible choices and decisions that are in the best interest of the residents and caregivers
• Ability to work collaboratively with all coworkers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft
• PointClickCare software experience a plus
• Ability to problem solve and communicate complex issues
• Must submit to all applicable pre-employment and annual tests per state and federal regulations
• Must exhibit a caring and compassionate attitude while articulating true concern for people
