Heritage Valley Senior Living Community is seeking a Resident Care Assistant to provide person-centered care for residents in compliance with all regulations and guidelines. The role involves assisting residents with daily activities, observing and engaging with residents, and maintaining a professional demeanor.

Requirements

• Provide person-centered care for residents and assist them in all activities of daily living
• Observe and engage with residents, report changes to the nurse on duty
• Maintain proper infection control techniques
• Complete documentation regarding resident care provided
• Work cooperatively with co-workers and peers
