Job Description
Pavilion Entertainment, a new media company in Trinidad and Tobago, seeks a Location Manager to identify and secure ideal locations for film shoots. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in project management and location negotiation.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts or Science degree or at least 4 years' production experience
- At least 3 years' experience in project management or relevant field
- Ability to visualise and find potential locations
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong negotiating skills
- Understanding of location fees
- Knowledge of contracts
- Familiarity with local authority processes for permits
- Strong problem solving skills
- Full driving licence
- Working knowledge of health and safety requirements
