The Technical Manager is responsible for all technical production equipment and coordinates activities of technical departments to produce radio or television programs.

- supervising the use of lighting, sound, communications equipment, and the use and maintenance of stage facilities
- determining the necessary technical supports
- stage management
- computerized lighting systems
- stage carpentry
