Alternance - Assistant(e) Développement Ressources Humaines H/F

Reporting to the Head of HR Development, the HR Development Assistant supports the animation of the community of trainees/alternants, the deployment of the training plan, and the organization of internal communication actions.

Requirements

• Master's degree student in IAE, Business School, University, or equivalent
• First experience in an HR function: HR Officer, recruitment, training, or HR development
• Excellent relational skills, enthusiasm, sense of service, and team spirit
• Rigor, method, organization, and ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously
• Autonomy and proposition power
• Discretion, sense of confidentiality
• Master of Office suite and appetite for information technology tools
