The CDD - Project and Process Finance & Performance HMS role is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of finance tools and processes, serving as an operational interface between business teams and DSI, and contributing to the performance of the Finance Department.
Requirements
- Higher education degree (bac +5) of the type business school, engineering school or equivalent university
- 5 years of experience, with at least 2-3 years in technical project management
- Analytical and synthetic spirit to formalize incidents, evolutions and processes
- Autonomy, rigour and initiative spirit
- Ability to interact fluidly and adjust the level of discourse according to the audience (business/technical)
- Collaborate effectively in a matrix environment
- Ability to work in project mode and transversally with DSI and all directions
- Mastery of at least one of the two ERPs: Info M3 or SAP S/4 Hana
- Use of restitution tools, such as Cognos, Power BI and EPM Planning Analytics (TM1), with technical mastery being an additional asset
- Good understanding of the financial and operational challenges of management control
