Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including multi-unit leadership in high-volume, high-visibility environments
- Proven experience managing and developing people or teams
- Background in luxury retail or service-oriented organizations; direct retail store experience preferred
- Expertise in employee relations, talent development, recruiting, and performance management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Deep understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance requirements
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
