Requirements

• Prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role in recruiting, talent operations, or HR coordination
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and scheduling tools (e.g., ModernLoop, GoodTime)
• Experience supporting onboarding, HR operations, or employee lifecycle processes is strongly preferred
