Job Description
Hermeus is a venture capital-backed aerospace and defense technology company specializing in high-speed aircraft. They are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and execution of Propulsion Test Capability Build out, enabling rapid testing and scaling of test capability. This role involves customer engagement, product strategy, proposal management, and ensuring technical robustness and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Systems, or related).
- 7+ years of experience in product development, technical project management, or system integration in aerospace, defense, or R&D.
- Prior experience and familiarity with propulsion systems, engine test programs, and test environments.
- Demonstrated experience in developing technical proposals and statements of work for DoD customers.
- Strong understanding of DoD acquisition pathways.
- Experience with pricing models for government or commercial test services.
- Experience managing or sourcing technical suppliers or subcontractors.
- Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills.
