Job Description
The IAM Specialist will take ownership of our global identity and access management framework, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient access for over 4,000 employees and partners worldwide.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in computer science, IT, Cybersecurity, or similar
- Proven experience in IAM or IT security
- Hands-on experience with tools like Active Directory, Entra ID, Thales SafeNet, or similar
- Knowledge of authentication protocols, e.g. SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP
- Familiarity with regulations like GDPR and NIS2
- Experience with SAP identity and access controls is a big plus
- Analytical mindset and ability to work independently and in global teams
- Business fluent in English
