Requirements

• Leadership capability: Ability to develop, mentor and upskill team
• Quality & food-safety expertise: Skilled in GMP, HACCP, auditing and compliance frameworks
• Analytical & problem-solving strength: Ability to interpret quality data and drive improvements
• Risk management competence: Strong understanding of food-safety and process risks
• Cross-functional collaboration: Effective interaction with Production, R&D, Engineerin and OE
• Continuous improvement mindset: Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement enhancements
• Strong communication skills: Ability to report quality findings clearly to key stakeholders
• Language & system skills: Professional German and English and experience with SAP
