Requirements

• Experience in a similar role, ideally in a five-star hotel or luxury spa
• Good command of English
• Knowledge of a range of spa treatments and basic physiotherapy techniques
• Ability to promote and sell spa services and retail products
• Experience with branded spa products is a plus
• Professional, friendly, and guest-focused attitude
• Team-oriented approach and ability to follow operational standards
