Product Manager (NYC)

We're hiring a Product Manager to help us build the future of automated document workflows at Heron. You'll own a product vertical end-to-end - from customer discovery to shipping features that eliminate hours of manual work for our customers every day.

Requirements

• Own a product vertical end-to-end: Run discovery, write specs, prioritize the backlog, and work with engineering to ship improvements that customers love
• Be the voice of the customer: Build deep relationships with customers in your vertical, run regular feedback sessions, and translate their pain points into product opportunities
• Ship and iterate: Move fast, measure impact, and iterate. We care about outcomes, not output - a shipped feature that moves a metric beats a perfect spec that sits in a backlog
• Set product strategy: Build and present a clear product strategy grounded in customer data, competitive insight, and business impact
• Collaborate across the company: Work closely with engineering, deployment, sales, and customer success to make sure what we build lands well
