Requirements

• Supplier development and quality management experience
• Collaborative leadership skills
• Technical capability assessments and manufacturing process improvement
• Supplier qualification and quality systems
• Communication of technical requirements between suppliers and design and manufacturing teams
• DFM reviews and assembly stack-up tolerance analysis
• Evaluation of new or alternative materials for improved design, manufacturability, or cost reduction
• Cost reduction activities through process, material optimization, and yield improvements
