We are seeking a high-performing Territory Sales Representative with strong experience in industrial or power-transmission sales to represent our portfolio of manufacturers across Northeast Wisconsin. This individual will build relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end-users, driving growth across mechanical power-transmission components including gearboxes, motors, belts, pulleys, clutches, brakes, chain, guide rail, and related technologies.
Requirements
- Manage and grow a multi-county territory across NE Wisconsin.
- Develop strategic account plans for OEMs, distributors, integrators, and industrial end-users.
- Represent multiple power-transmission manufacturers with professionalism and technical knowledge.
- Understand mechanical power-transmission components, applications, and value propositions.
- Maintain a disciplined cadence of prospecting, quoting, pipeline management, and follow-through.
