Job Description
We are looking for a District Sales Manager to join our Outside Sales Team and expand our influence. The ideal candidate will be able to identify customer needs and find solutions using our represented products.
Requirements
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand their needs
- Understand and promote our principals' products to offer solutions
- Develop and execute a sales plan to gain new customers and increase sales
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical/engineering support
- Meet with customers and prospects to identify opportunities for growth
- Conduct meetings and presentations to demonstrate products
- Determine channel of business through distribution or sell direct
- Communicate customer needs and manufacturer solutions to ensure overall understanding and expectations are met
