Job Description
The Automotive Sales Consultant facilitates the sales & finance process, provides excellent customer service, supports lot operations and omni-channel sales. The role involves fully executing sales process, achieving monthly sales targets, maintaining strong CRM output and quality, and supporting the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR. Additional responsibilities include vehicle photography, delivering cars to partner hubs as needed, supporting lot organization and merchandising, transporting cars as needed, ensuring all incoming vehicles are properly checked in, and providing excellent customer service and support strong NPS scores.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Car Sales License
- Valid Drivers' License
- Capable of delivering support and results
- Goal oriented
- Identify and support business needs
