Courtesy Bus Driver

The Courtesy Bus Driver is responsible for providing safe, friendly, and efficient transportation of customers between airport terminals and the Hertz rental location.

Requirements

• Provide timely shuttle service to customers
• Welcome customers boarding the bus and assist with luggage
• Effectively communicate stops and safety information
• Provide world-class customer service
• Conduct bus inspection to ensure customer and employee safety
• Maintain appearance appropriate for providing best in class customer service
• Complete any relevant paperwork in line with Company Audit and Department of Transport standards
