Job Description
The Customer Service Associate consults with customers on their car rental, maximizing revenue opportunities and providing world-class customer service and sales support.
Requirements
- 1+ years sales experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with customers
- Strong multitasking skills
- Ability to upsell and overcome customer objections
- Display a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
