Job Description
The Director, FP&A position is responsible for supporting financial planning and performance management processes, analyzing financial performance, and providing insights to support business decision-making. The role requires a strong analytical background, experience in financial leadership, and the ability to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other analytically demanding discipline
- 8-12 years of experience in financial oversight roles
- Proven track record in managing global close cycles, monthly forecasts, and annual operating plan
