Job Description
The Part Time Courtesy Bus Driver is a brand ambassador responsible for providing excellent customer service, safe transportation, and maintaining a positive image for the company. This role involves welcoming customers, ensuring their safety and comfort, and communicating important information effectively. The company aims to deliver a fast, easy, and valued experience for customers.
Requirements
- Provide timely shuttle service to/from airport terminal to Hertz facility.
- Welcome customers boarding the bus and answer questions in a friendly manner.
- Effectively communicate bus stops and safety information through PA or Talking Bus System.
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained bus and follow safety guidelines.
- Contribute to continuous improvement through customer feedback.
- Complete paperwork according to Company Audit and Department of Transport standards.
- Lift up to 45 pounds.
- Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays; and work overtime as required.
- Work indoors and outdoors during all weather conditions.
- Communicate in English clearly and proficiently.
