Job Description
The Part Time Flexible Customer Service Associate provides world-class customer service and sales support by consulting with customers on their rental, offering products and services, and overcoming customer objections. Responsibilities include shuttling customers, preparing vehicles for pick-up, and performing cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, twist, climb, drive, push, and pull
- Knowledge of equipment operation such as computer terminal, telephone, calculator, copy machine, and fax machine
