Job Description
Hevo is seeking a Lead Engineer to work on maintainable and efficient components of their enterprise product. The role involves leading features across multiple sprints, resolving performance and scalability issues, improving code quality, and maintaining documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in distributed systems and excellent programming skills.
Requirements
- Strong object-oriented design skills
- Lead the Way: Design and build cutting-edge data integration solutions
- Experience in working on highly concurrent multithreaded applications
- Good understanding of system performance trade-offs and high availability
- Excellent programming skills in Java/Python
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Good understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Strong technical aptitude
- 5-8 years of experience in building scalable, highly critical distributed systems
- B Tech in Computer Science or equivalent
