Architect - SharePoint and Power Platform

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SharePoint Architect to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of our enterprise-level SharePoint and Microsoft 365 (M365) environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience administrating SharePoint Online (and/or SharePoint Server), including tenant administration, site architecture, and governance.
• 2+ years hands-on experience building Power Platform solutions: Power Apps, Power Automate.
• 2+ years hands-on experience developing or configuring Copilot Agents or similar generative-AI assistants, including prompt engineering, integrations with knowledge stores, and implementing monitoring/feedback loops.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance features: Azure AD, conditional access, Microsoft Purview/Compliance, Information Protection, DLP, retention policies.
• Deep knowledge of Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint REST/CSOM APIs, and custom connector development.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Power Platform ALM and CI/CD concepts, source control (Git), and environment management.
• Scripting and development skills: at least one of PowerShell, TypeScript/JavaScript, C#, or.NET for automation/customizations.
• Solid troubleshooting skills, ability to analyze logs and telemetry, and experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 admin center, Azure Monitor).
