Business Planning Manager III

Business Planning Manager III role at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) involves leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Requirements

• 7+ years in program management, operations, deep knowledge of go-to-market, customer onboarding, and services delivery
• Strong experience working in complex, matrixed enterprise environments
• Background in SaaS, and infrastructure
• Excellent project management skills, including leading large, cross-functional initiatives that impact the organization and get results
• Strong analytical skills with comfort using dashboards, KPIs, and operational data
• Superior business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive ready communication (written and verbal)
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills, including partnering and team building, conflict resolution
• Customer first mentality, customer experience is a plus
• Knowledge of HPE services is preferred
