Communications Manager, Corporate Transactions (Houston, TX) This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office. The role is responsible for coordinating communications activities related to the Catalyst program, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, integrations, restructurings, and major company change management initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in financial communications, investor relations, business development, corporate communications, financial journalism, or a related field.
• Prior corporate work experience or large agency experience is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated communications strategies.
