Director of Marketing - HPE Japan

The Director of Marketing - HPE Japan role is a leadership position responsible for all aspects of marketing for the Japan region. The successful candidate will have a strategic mindset and be able to influence outcomes with senior leadership. They will be responsible for driving end-to-end marketing execution and planning, improving revenue and market share, and improving customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related business fields
• 15+ years marketing experience
• People management skills and experience
• Experience in leading the marketing function or sub-function for an IT solutions organization in Japan
• Partner or Enterprise sales and marketing experience, industry or channel experience in the IT industry
• Co-marketing experience and experience in administering and managing channel marketing investments
• Strong posture on compliance, plan and execute within ethical, financial and legal boundaries at all times
• Deep understanding of Marketing principles and strong grasp over an ever evolving Martech tools
• Fluency in English and Japanese language, written and oral
