Engineering Program Manager

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to lead and manage engineering programs involving multiple functions and project teams. The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent, and typically 2-4 years of experience.

Requirements

• Manage and lead engineering program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for product and service offerings
• Develop and direct development of schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plans, and other support requirements for engineering programs
• Manage activities of supporting project teams and internal development teams; ensure progress against established plans and make determinations based on analysis of business information to alter or update plans to meet product requirements and development schedules
• Communicate program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborate with management and internal engineering teams and VMware to recommend and implement changes to product, processes, or business practices to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules
• Develop relationships and collaborate with HPE and VMware engineers and other program managers to collaborate on and align product plans and schedules
