Requirements

• Participate and complete all training and development components of the Graduate Program.
• Gather information appropriately to develop an accurate understanding of HPE's customers' technology infrastructure.
• Actively gain market, competition, product, and solution knowledge through company or self-driven trainings, internal or external engagements.
• Attend and complete necessary/assigned technical certifications and trainings to further develop product, design, and architecture knowledge around HPE and competitive Compute and Storage technologies.
• Contribute to the creation of an appropriate technical solution to meet the customer's requirements.
• Maintain good communications with customers and partners.
• Contribute to advancing opportunities effectively.
• Actively support the account team with product advice, proposal support, presentations, and other customer communications.
• Engage appropriate additional technical resources as needed.
