Hardware Engineer - Optics

Hardware Engineer - Optics: Develop pluggable optical/electrical transceiver and cable assembly specifications and requirements, test transceivers, and work closely with Signal Integrity, System Hardware and Software engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of optical transceiver module specification and test experience
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience testing state of the art pluggable optics modules per current optical IEEE standards and industry MSA specifications
• Comprehensive knowledge of optical equipment, electrical equipment, and automation software used in the testing of optical modules and interfaces
