Hardware Engineering Manager

Hardware Engineering Manager responsible for leading a team of hardware engineers, engaging with customers and support teams, and managing multiple concurrent failure analysis and design change projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience leading a hardware engineering team
• Hands-on experience in design, test and de-bug of complex high-speed digital PCBs
• Team leadership experience includes coaching, team building and supporting career growth of team members
