Networking - Lab Operations Technician

Networking - Lab Operations Technician is an onsite full-time role at HPE, requiring proficiency in basic networking, equipment installation, and maintenance, with prior experience in datacenter, enterprise, servers, storage, and telco networking equipment preferred.

Requirements

• Process inbound and outbound shipments
• Update and maintain lab inventory database (Netbox)
• Install, configure, and maintain; routers, switches, servers, PDU/CDUs, and console servers
• Provide end-user support for device troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution
• Build small to large-scale network topologies for Juniper customers
• Assist users with building and provisioning virtual machine guests in vCenter/ESXi, KVM, & Proxmox environments
• Provide live support & assistance for Sales Engineers during customer presentations
