NPI Product Engineer

NPI Product Engineer role has been designed as onsite with an expectation to work from an HPE office. The team designs, implements, and supports manufacturing processes from functional test through final packaging, ensuring products can be built efficiently, cost-effectively, and with consistent quality worldwide.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Typically 2+ years of experience in a technical, manufacturing, or operations environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across teams, functions, and cultures
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues
• Reliable, accountable, and able to follow through on commitments in a fast-moving environment
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and work both independently and as part of a team
• Professional, collaborative mindset with a strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of tasks
