Openshift Subject Matter Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Red Hat OpenStack Subject Matter Expert to join our team. The role will be responsible for designing, deploying, managing, and troubleshooting complex OpenStack environments.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Red Hat OpenStack components and architecture.
• Strong Linux administration skills, especially Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Proficiency in virtualization technologies (KVM, VMware).
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash) and familiarity with automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Terraform).
• Good knowledge in network TCP/IP, IPv4, expertise in IPv6, VLAN,VXLAN, Bridging, routing, IP Tables, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience with networking, storage, and security as it relates to OpenStack.
• Proficient in security, firewall, storage concepts.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Travis CI, CircleCI).
• Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Bash, Python, Shell).
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum or other collaborative development environments.
• Security-conscious mindset with knowledge of OpenStack and OpenShift security best practices.
